Room was clean with comfortable beds. TV, refrigerator and microwave with a package of popcorn which is nice, and a coffee maker. Pool in center. We didnt use it but looked clean. Motel has free breakfast and free parking on site. Hotel staff was friendly during check in and check out. Good location for our needs to get to the port in the morning for a cruise to the National Park. Good clean place to sleep for a night or 2. Only con of the hotel was just a few mostly cosmetic issues that needed repair.

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed a spacious, clean and comfortable room. In Florida it is necessary to run the ac full time and we appreciated that the unit was quiet ( some hotel units are so noisy). The pool is clean and refreshing even if the water temp is the same as the air temp. There was a large wedding party staying here and they partied in the pool all day. Otherwise it was mostly a quiet and relaxing place. The location is convenient. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast one day and the next we went across the street to frenchies Cafe which was great as well.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend. The room was spacious, and the location was perfect -very close to the Southernmost Point and Duval Street, with Mallory Square about a 25?min walk (which we really enjoyed, walking along Duval with its many shops and restaurants). The service was outstanding - we arrived around 1pm, about two hours before check?in, fully expecting to be told "no rooms ready", and that's what happened. But before we could even leave our luggage at the front desk and decide on where to go out for lunch, the staff called us back to let us know a room had just become available. Such a thoughtful and helpful gesture! Free parking and a great breakfast were the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

We had a great week stay at the BWH! Rooms were clean and spacious for our family of four. Breakfast was just enough to get your day started with a good variety and rotation of options. The pool was the perfect temperature and just big enough for us. All the staff were friendly and hardworking. I would recommend checking out the Marlin Cafe (food truck right across the street on Simonton). It was great to be able to order from them and walk it back across to the pool for a afternoon snack. Also, the Tipsy Rooster Bar, maybe 20-30 yards down behind the Motel, was great for grabbing a drink and catching some live music. Overall, the value and location of the BWH will keep us coming back and would definitely recommend it!

We stayed three nights at the Key West Best Western Hibiscus. We were very impressed at how clean the whole hotel complex was. Our room was very quiet. We never heard any neighbors or cars arriving or leaving. Everything is kept up nicely. We loved the free parking and put very few miles on our rental car since it was just a short walk to a lot of the restaurants and shops. It's particularly close to the Southernmost Point photo stop. We liked the location of this hotel because it's not right in the heart of all the action, so a much quieter place to lay your head at night. The morning breakfast buffet included hot items and cold items. We enjoyed all that was offered. The pool was a treat to use after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely return to the BW Hibiscus!

My friend and I went to Key West for a 3-day vacation. We chose the Best Western for the reviews on cleanliness and the price compared to others. What we got was SO much more !!! We do not have a SINGLE complaint about our stay. Our room was spacious, CLEAN and well-stocked. (including some plates and silverware in the microwave) The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. Pool towels and lounge chairs were provided for use at the beautiful pool, and the motel was a 3-block walk to the beach at the southernmost point of Key West. Breakfast was provided each morning and was surprisingly well-equipped with several choices. The staff was without question helpful, pleasant, and actually made you feel like a true guest. If we were to ever visit again, this is the place we would stay. Thank you, Best Western, for a great stay !!!

Stayed at the Best Western Hibiscus in Key West, a bit pricey, but a decent value for January when comparing to some other places in the area. Convenient location to several beaches on the south side of the island and also in easy walking distance to a number of small restaurants and a small grocery store. A bit further from all the places on Duval St., but because of that this location is a bit quieter. The outdoor pool was a nice feature to have - clean, but water is a bit on the cool side. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was basic but OK and saved us some time one of the days. There are also penty of chairs and tables around the pool. Front desk attendant, Will, is very helpful in answering our few questions. We also rented an electric 'golf car' elsewhere and that proved to be a great choice as it saved alot of time and walking miles for our short two day stay! We would stay here again, no problem.

We registered for the Key West Runfest January 15 to 18 for a variety of events. Luckily, by chance after watching reviews, we we're able to book a room at Best Western Hibiscus. The location is ideal for everything. Our room was a 2 Queen Pool View with breakfast. The breakfast is delicious with many options.The pool is great. I'm a lap swimmer and it's doable to get in some short distance pool swimming.

We had a great stay! Location was fantastic, just a couple of blocks from Duval Street, South beach, and great eateries. The rooms were spacious, our 7 kids enjoyed the pool area and being close to each other’s rooms. We had our wedding in key west, in total 8 rooms booked. We booked the queen suite for our room, it was nice to have a sitting area. Everyone had positive reviews of the rooms and overall stay. Will, the hotel manager, made sure we were all taken care of, super friendly, and even had scooters delivered to the hotel for our large group at a great rate. Thank you Will and staff for a great stay!

At first my stay was just fine and everyone seemed welcoming. However, the day I checked out I left my ring in the bathroom of my room. I did not realize until later and called as soon as possible. It was stated that the ring hadn’t been turned in and the supervisor stated that he would call me later that evening or the following morning. I never received a call and decided to stop by in person as I was still in town. The supervisor stated that the ring hadn’t been found. There’s no way that my ring shouldn’t have been found since it was left on the bathroom counter. While in the lobby, the supervisor for housekeeping walked in and the front desk supervisor asked him again in front of me. The housekeeping supervisor said no, that they didn’t find my ring and brushed the situation off. I asked if I could file a complaint, and it was stated that I could file a police report in which I did. I also asked if I could speak with a GM, but I was brushed off again. Yes, my mistake for leaving my ring behind but it should have been turned in the same day. In the beginning it seemed as if they cared. However, I feel like they were trying to appease me, and now it’s not a big deal to them. My ring is not worth much, but is extremely sentimental. I feel like I should call around to the pawn shops at this point. If you want a decent location, stay here. If you want any of your lost belongings to be potentially stolen from you, avoid at all costs. I feel like the honesty and integrity are now lacking. My experience when from being positive to disappointing all within 2 hours.
