Stayed at the villas for 4 nights and had a blast! Rooms are pet friendly and spacious. Perfect spot for us and our two dogs. You get access to the main resort which is recently renovated and super nice! William assisted us with checking out and brought all of our luggage to the car. Looking forward to coming back in August!!!

We had a great time at the villas. We had Islander resort amenities (that they shuttle you to, less than a mile away) with the space we needed for a family of five. The staff were so kind and helpful. The front desk concierge at the villas bayside was amazing. She truly made our experience exceptional. If you go to the resort, Xixi the hostess at the restaurant couldn’t be kinder and more personable. We loved chatting with her every morning. We had Renee twice as a server and she was wonderful. We loved it so much we booked to go back before we left!

If you are going to Islamorada… definitely check out Bayside Villas ( Islander ) great to keep the travel party together to enjoy group time! The units are comfortable and clean and the pool has great views! Plus use of the sister property so you get more of the energetic vibes plus amenities for your use!!!

We stayed for 5 nights at the villas. The size of the villa and convenience of having a full kitchen is great, as well as the bay views. Other than that, it wasn’t the greatest stay. It is very clear the property is often neglected maintenance and cleanliness wise, particularly in comparison to the full Islander Resort. Our body wash was empty upon arrival and never refilled our entire stay. The pool towels were constantly empty and we had to go seek out an employee (not an easy task here) every day for them to be refilled. The lounge chairs and outdoor day beds were never straightened up or cleaned on the property. The kayaks were taken out by guests our first day here and never returned, so we were never able to use them. Several people had dogs, but weren’t the best at cleaning up after them, and no employee is there to maintain things. The wi-fi was so bad, we had to just use cellular, and the signal is iffy. Our last full day, the cleaning crew came in and took our washcloths and floor towels and didn’t replace them with clean ones. We called down (with our personal cell phones since the provided phone in the villa didn’t work) but the front office at the villas doesn’t have an employee on site after 4:00/5:00, so we had to call the Islander resort to bring them over. It took over an hour for them to arrive and they just handed us a huge trash bag filled with towels. If there were a full time employee or two on site at the villas maintaining the property, it would make a massive difference. For the price, $800+ a night, we expected a lot more.

Great couple day escape from Miami! We loved the room. Very peaceful right on the bay. William was great! Very friendly and even went out of his way to drive down the road after we checked out to deliver something we forgot. Thank you for a great trip!!

William took great care of us! Top tier service. We would come back just for him! The rooms are great and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the bay. The restaurant at the islander resort was delicious along with the other restaurants William gave as recommendations. The shuttles were extremely convenient to have. Our drivers were always very friendly.??????

We had an amazing time staying at the Bayside Villas and seeing fireworks at The Islander for New Year’s! William and Jeremy were incredibly nice and were always available to help. They had a smile every time we crossed paths. Loved the tranquility of Bayside, the sunsets, and the pool. Until next time!

William was the best! Anytime we needed assistance, he was there to help. He noticed we were trying to turn on the grill and without us having to ask, he came seemingly out of nowhere to turn it on for us. Great person to have around. The atmosphere is very chill and having the amenities at The Islander is a plus. Great stay!

The villa was spacious and offered a full kitchen and sufficient space for all of us. The price of the villa includes access to the amenities at the resort down the road. the shuttle service was very nice. William is great, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!
