Grassy Flats is truly one of our favorite places in the Florida Keys! We have visited multiple times over the years, and every stay has been absolutely incredible. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, impeccably maintained, and offers the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. What makes this place even more special to us is that in 2025, we got engaged here. It will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting for such an important moment in our lives. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness are second to none. From check-in to check-out, every interaction has been exceptional. The accommodations, amenities, and stunning waterfront views make Grassy Flats a true hidden gem. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing vacation, or simply a beautiful place to unwind, this resort delivers every time. Overall great resort for a romantic getaway. Adult section is truly separated from the family section and quiet. Rooms were very nice and the views were spectacular. Watch the sunset from your front door. Overlook the ocean, pool and palms from you balcony. Some balconies are private with walls in between but some are not. Special packages (champagne , rose petals, chocolate covered strawberries) were executed perfectly. Great, friendly service. Covered parking is a very nice bonus (it's on a first-come basis).

We absolutely loved our stay at Grassy Flats! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond throughout our trip. The resort is beautiful, and extremely well maintained. Our room was gorgeous and always clean. the private porch was great for starting and ending our day looking at the water. Both pools were peaceful, quiet, and never felt crowded, ones for kids and one adult only. There’s lots of beach seating in different nooks of the beach to find your vibe and a sauna that looked very cool with a window to a water view. The food was fantastic, and having three restaurants on-site gave us plenty of great options. Staff walks around and delivers food and drinks poolside from the pool bar! live music on the roof bar made for a fun and relaxing vibe to the evenings. The market next door was great for coffee, breakfast, lunch and had all the snacks drinks and convenience store items we needed on vacay. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had in a long time, and we will be back!

loved it, will definitely return. the rum punch at check-in was delicious. the shoreline had a big buildup of sargassum seaweed so that was kind of a bummer but the adults only pool was amazing and overall the location/space is immaculate. the rooftop bar is very accessible and all the staff was very lovely; the janitors, front desk to the bartenders. the manager was also very accommodating and even offered to move her own vehicle so we would have a spot to park in on a busy night.

It was the best experience ever. Everything about this place was amazing. The entire staff, front desk, house keeping, outdoor recreation, maintenance and management, went above and beyond to make our experience the best. The attached bar called the Palm Deck was a great place to hang out and have a drink, appetizer and listen to live music. And do forget the fantastic and probably the best restaurant in the area, The Rhum House. The food there is amazing! All the staff at both locations are very professional and catered to our every wish. Highly recommend this for your vacation location. The Grassy Flats is also a great central location to also partake in visiting both Key Largo and of course Key West! Of course I had to include a picture of Wilma. What a great cat.

We will never come back here. We specifically booked for the rooftop deck. They booked it for a private party on a Fiday night and had the music blasting all night. The rooms need a major refresh. The one and only good thing about this is the bartenders. $3000 for 4 nights and we couldn't use the amenities. The front desk staff is inadequate at best. Steer clear. We also paid $200+ for the aqua cabana only to find that other people on it and they let them use it for free.

Had a wonderful time at Grassy Flats. The room and grounds were very clean. Our room had a nice size fridge, couch, desk, dresser, TV and even a blow dryer. Everything to accommodate us for a week! Grounds were quaint with a very nice pool and hot tub in adults section. Dining on site was fabulous, but also closed Tuesday and Wednesday (along with most things near by) which made it a little difficult for dinners, etc. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The views alone were worth every penny! We wish the weather was a bit warmer to enjoy the kayaks, etc. Next time???

Not only is the location breathtaking but the staff and service are beyond compare. The attention to detail in the rooms is absolutely stunning. The hotel staff always have a smile on their faces and will help you at the drop of a dime. The kitchen and bar staff make the best food and drinks I’ve ever had and always seem to elevate their menu. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the 3-Bedroom Conch House for two nights and loved the hotel! The apartment was spacious for 3 couples, came with all the essentials and cooking utensils. It has direct beach access with warm and calm water in mid January. There’s complementary paddle board, kayak, and board games at the front desk. Oli from the kayak station and Mia from front desk were particularly helpful.

Amazing stay. Great looking resort that's clean and romantic. Plenty of activities on site and others easy to get to nearby. Multiple food options at the resort, didn't have a bad meal the whole stay. Loved the live music at night too!
