We love this place, Eduardo. The manager is the absolute best! The service is always amazing, like everyone that works here is so nice and it is just perfect for us. My son can fish right outside of our room, the pools are both really nice and we always make new friends when we are here. Plus, we can walk to Lido 73 to eat or Islander girls when we want to snorkel!

????? 5 Stars! Our stay at Creekside Inn in Tavernier, Florida was absolutely incredible from the moment we checked in until the day we left. Everything exceeded our expectations. The customer service was truly second to none. Every single staff member made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. A special thank you to Eduardo, who is an absolute gem. He took such great care of us throughout our stay and made us feel like family. We also want to recognize Beulah, our housekeeper. She was so kind and thoughtful. She made sure we always had fresh towels, and even took a few minutes to listen to my son play a song on his guitar. Those little moments are what make a place unforgettable. The gentleman working the overnight shift, who lives on the property, was also incredibly friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. It was obvious that everyone at Creekside Inn genuinely cares about their guests. The property itself is beautiful. We loved being able to walk right out of our room onto the waterfront patio and fish just steps from our door. It doesn't get much better than that! The scenery is peaceful, relaxing, and absolutely gorgeous. The amenities are fantastic too. There are two beautiful swimming pools, a wonderful outdoor area with grills, and even a fire pit where you can relax in the evenings. It's the perfect place to unwind. Our room was spotless. The moment we walked in, it smelled fresh and clean. The room was well equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, and the furniture was stylish and in excellent condition. Everything felt comfortable, well cared for, and inviting. Creekside Inn has earned every bit of this five-star review. Between the amazing staff, beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, and outstanding amenities, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We can't wait to come back. This is a wonderful little place. We had a nice clean room. But the shower had extremely low water pressure. Another huge problem we had was they all an extremely loud party at the little pool area next to our room. Large speaker with large subwoofer blasting loud music for hours. We called the office line numerous times but only received the answering machine. We found an emergency number on the office door and finally got in touch with a human. Someone came to our door and said he would do something. Something was slightly turning down the music. We were told they were leaving well past the 10pm closing time for the pool. Well they didn't leave until more texts with whoever I was communicating with. We were so tired from driving down from North Florida and the party we cancelled our snorkel trip for the next morning. If you look at my reviews I vary rarely leave anything bad. But this was the rudest experience I have ever had in my 62 years. And I would never stay at the place again. Bright side was the young lady that checked us in. A super delightful young lady with a great personality.

OK so the real truth. It is not a fancy perfect place, it is an older more of a mom and pop place to relax and lay your head if you are doing stuff in the area. The overall motel has that "lived in" feel. It was clean, AC worked beautiful and in the July heat that was a big win. Does it need some TLC yes, but did it take away from the stay NO. If you are that picky, yes stay someplace else. There were NO bugs, clean sheets (one little spot had a stain in the corner but just a stain not dirt) and clean floors and counters. We stayed in room 114 and furniture was "older" but clean drawer to put my clothes in. We had a medium full-sized fridge which was a great surprise as we usually get those small little ones but not sure about the other rooms. We were right above the Lobby, near the front pool and facing A1A, with minor construction and we had NO problem sleeping. I took a stroll along the creek each morning with my coffee and it was so peaceful. You can walk along the backside all the way to the end were they launch the kayaks for Paddle the Flordia Keys, which we did and was amazing. If you are still reading awesome! Eduardo and Jaz made sure if we needed anything it was there quickly, friendly and will a smile. We did not have our room serviced each day because it was a short stay but I am sure they would have done a great job. We tend to use motels as a "glam camping" experience. The photos on the website are real BUT not as updated as they probably should be. Our room had updated floors to those nice vinyl wood looking. There were places to eat within walking distance or just a 5-10min ride. We were there to do a dive with Capt Slate. If you plan to dive, look for special deals for a combo dive and stay thing :).

I wanted to share our experience since I’ve seen many negative reviews. My family and I stayed here for a few days and found it to be a great base for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed having two pools to choose from, and we especially loved being able to see fish and birds from the dock out back. The front desk staff were kind and informative. The only minor downsides were limited parking and the front desk closing at 5 p.m. Since check-in is at 4 p.m., I would recommend calling ahead if you expect to arrive after 5 p.m. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back if we venture to the keys again.

Staff were quick to resolve the issues we did have. (less than 10 minutes) The rooms are small, but we only needed them to sleep, so its not that bad. Water pressure is non-existant, microwave and mini-fridge is rusty inside, but they work great. mini-fridge has a large freezer, a/c works great

Good location. Rooms were fine other than just mildly warm water and low water pressure for showers. The front desk hours are not as posted. Took us a while to figure out how to check in as the instructions posted on the door gave a phone number but did not list the extension (it’s extension 4 by the way). The woman in the room next to us only got more toilet paper because we had extra. We didn’t get the parking pass until the day before we left so we just hoped for the best on ticketing. So I would say service could be improved.

We had a Pretty good Experience and I want to Share it here as the ratings are too low and negative in my opinion. We had a nice stay at Creekside Inn! Especially when you have a room facing the waterfront, the Balcony is just nice! The Service was good and reliable, or at least better than Expected for the Price. The Most important thing is in my optinion that This Motel is very good considering its cheap Price (no, you do NOT get cheaper accommodations on the whole Keys despite Camping sites or so, at least we did not) and the A1 is Not that Loud. For sure you cannot expact a Highly comfortable and Perfect Room for That Money (e.g. the fridge was a but loud) but when you can deal with Minor imperfections, I would definitely recomment this Motel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Creekside Inn. Checking in was easy. Office hours are limited, so make sure that you check in before they close which was 5 o’clock for our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. This hotel uses keys and you get one per adult. Make sure if you have multiple door access, to your room, you DON’T LOCK YOURSELF OUT. Rooms were clean and comfortable; the mini fridge was larger in size and even had a freezer. The layout of the property was convenient. Having two pools was a plus, and the common chilling area was nice to have, including sun lounges and shaded picnic tables, a barbecue area and even a prep area which could be used as a fish-cleaning station. And parking right in front of the room made coming and going super easy. We saw a variety of fish in the canal and also manatees were around often and my friend even saw a dolphin. There are two restaurants one on each side. We went to one for their fresh crab claws, and the other we enjoyed some AMAZING Italian food and watched a show of pelicans congregate for a feeding from the local fishermen coming in. We had our dog with us during our stay and the property was very pet friendly. The only negative of our experience was that the ac unit that was over our bed dripped a bit and wet a pillow. Overall, it was a comfortable, practical, and affordable place to stay. We’d definitely return and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and well-equipped spot.

At check in the gentleman at the desk was very kind and informative. After we got to our room we noticed the fridge was leaking and the toilet would barely flush. They said they would send someone to fix these things. We were then told they would move us rooms and to go ahead and take our belongings and a key would be left for us, the room they were moving us to had a leaky shower and they needed to fix it first. So we gather all of our items, after we showered and got ready, loaded our car back up and then headed out to begin our day. As we are out enjoying our sunshine and day the Creekside Inn calls and says they cannot move our room because the shower cannot be fixed. So we asked for the fridge to be repaired and for fresh towels and bedding to be accommodated. They said this would be no problem. We arrived back at the room after 12am. Our door was left unlocked by what we assume was maintenance for the fridge. The towels we had to use to sop up the leaky fridge were still piled on the floor and the trash was still in the room. No fresh sheets or replacement of shampoos and conditioners. We had used these items when we first checked in and showered before we left for the day and packed up our entire room. So we rang the doorbell outside the office, called both numbers posted, left voice mails on both and emailed them. No response and no one available. We had to improvise with our beach towels so we could shower. The entire time we were there, 2 days, the internet did not work, we called and they told us it was working now and it wasn't when we got back and when we checked out. No TV because no internet also. So.we get to checkout day. We decide to call and speak to a manager about our experience. A woman answered and to be honest best way to put it, she argued and denied everything. She said she PERSONALLY went into our room with housekeeping and seen the room was serviced, the fridge was never leaking and the internet was working the entire time. Wow. Here's the best part. She offered 50% off our last night since we were still able to use the toilet and sink. I do not recommend this place. Had they taken accountability and not acted like we were lying, my review may have been better. We let them know we have call logs, we took photos of the room, which are time stamped, showing the dirty towels, bedding and trash along with the empty bathroom from the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, towels and wash rags and that we have the emails where we immediately made them aware we have no linens. It was only then the "manager" said she would do 50% off since we could still use the toilet. Unbelievable.
