Dolphin Villas is such a beautiful beachfront venue with the perfect mix of Floridian and Bahamian vibes. As a photographer, I love how many gorgeous spots there are for photos—from the beach and palm trees to the charming tropical scenery. Every corner is picture-perfect, making it an amazing location for weddings and special events!

My family has stayed here twice in past year, and are already looking forward to our next visit! We have stayed in the Dolphin Villa and the Conch Villa. Both were great, but we favored the Conch Villa just a bit more! The pool is perfect for small children, as it is very shallow all throughout! The dolphin-related activities they offer on property are so special. The people who run the program and kind and knowledgeable, and the dolphins are precious. The sunset view off the pier toward the back of the property is beautiful. Can't wait to go back!

This place was ok, but definitely not worth the price. In the pictures online and in the brochure, it has lounge chairs in the sand and hammocks on the trees. In reality, we had to drag the chairs from where they were piled up over to where we wanted them and they were all busted up. When I asked about getting a hammock, they said they didn't have any. The pool was nice and clean. Unfortunately, the house we stayed in was not. The floor was really dirty (you could even see it on the bottom of the curtains). We had a ton of lights out and the fans all had layers of caked on dust. House needed a deep clean and maintenance throughout (fridge filter alarm kept going off and one of the two 2-person kayaks was in disrepair). The view at night from the sandy area was beautiful.

Dolphin point villas is the most special place we’ve ever been to. The team there is beyond amazing and catering to their guests. Everyone went so above and beyond to have the most magical weekend filled with so much love. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a better trip to the keys in this little paradise. The place is beautiful and clean and the location and housing and rooms are beyond perfect. Created the perfect atmosphere to have a wedding and to truly unplug and be present with our friends and family.

I just had the MOST AMAZING wedding tour with Tamara. She made the whole tour so special for my Fiancé and I. I am so grateful I got in contact with her. She has been extremely communicative, incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. The tour from start to finish was exactly what we were looking for and she was very patient with us asking many questions and wanting to check out as much of the resort as possible. Thank you, Tamara for making the start of my Fiancé’s first keys trip memorable! We look forward to doing business with you for our wedding!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Dolphin Point Villas in Key Largo, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is absolutely beautiful — the perfect backdrop for a romantic Florida Keys wedding, especially with those unforgettable sunset views. What truly stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming, caring, and supportive throughout the day, not only to the couple and their guests, but to us as vendors as well. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire wedding flow seamlessly. I highly recommend Dolphin Point Villas to any couple looking for a breathtaking venue paired with an amazing onsite team. I look forward to the opportunity to work here again.

I stayed here for 4 days on a quick 4 day getaway to enjoy some sunshing. The access was seamless, my unit (Coral Reef) was larger than expected, very clean and very functional. A quick walk to the waterfront (not a beach I'd swim at, but beautiful views), easy drive to publix, sharkies, and local fishing guides. The master bedroom was enormous and the bed was super comfortable. Overall it was better than expeted and would 100% stay here again.

Dolphin point villas is my favorite place in Florida. I love the spacious and clean villas, love the dolphins here and staffs are super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Key Largo.

Incredible fabulous place to stay and swim with the dolphins from next door. Love the dolphins so much! The villas is clean and spacious with high ceiling, real vacation vibe! I love the gated access, so much more private!

Cons: Being so close to the highway there was a good deal of noise at night. Nobody slept well. The unit really needs a deep cleaning. Several drawers were dirty inside, and the floors were filthy. Attached is a picture of our feet after walking around the unit. Also, the railing on your dock is literally falling over which creates quite a hazard. A few minor things as well: Two of three lightbulbs in one bathroom were burnt out. The coffee maker didn't work. I received a text inquiring about our stay. I brought these concerns up and received a message, 'thanks we will notify housekeeping'. That was it. For $500 plus a night you would think there would be a better response or some compensation. We would not return. Pros: The unit was conference center huge, and the staff are responsive to texts. The pool area is nice. Good sunset view from the point on the small beach area.
