I just had the MOST AMAZING wedding tour with Tamara. She made the whole tour so special for my Fiancé and I. I am so grateful I got in contact with her. She has been extremely communicative, incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. The tour from start to finish was exactly what we were looking for and she was very patient with us asking many questions and wanting to check out as much of the resort as possible. I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Dolphin Point Villas in Key Largo, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is absolutely beautiful — the perfect backdrop for a romantic Florida Keys wedding, especially with those unforgettable sunset views. What truly stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming, caring, and supportive throughout the day, not only to the couple and their guests, but to us as vendors as well. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire wedding flow seamlessly. I highly recommend Dolphin Point Villas to any couple looking for a breathtaking venue paired with an amazing onsite team. I look forward to the opportunity to work here again.

I stayed here for 4 days on a quick 4 day getaway to enjoy some sunshing. The access was seamless, my unit (Coral Reef) was larger than expected, very clean and very functional. A quick walk to the waterfront (not a beach I'd swim at, but beautiful views), easy drive to publix, sharkies, and local fishing guides. The master bedroom was enormous and the bed was super comfortable. Overall it was better than expeted and would 100% stay here again.

Dolphin point villas is my favorite place in Florida. I love the spacious and clean villas, love the dolphins here and staffs are super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Key Largo.

Incredible fabulous place to stay and swim with the dolphins from next door. Love the dolphins so much! The villas is clean and spacious with high ceiling, real vacation vibe! I love the gated access, so much more private!

Cons: Being so close to the highway there was a good deal of noise at night. Nobody slept well. The unit really needs a deep cleaning. Several drawers were dirty inside, and the floors were filthy. Attached is a picture of our feet after walking around the unit. Also, the railing on your dock is literally falling over which creates quite a hazard. A few minor things as well: Two of three lightbulbs in one bathroom were burnt out. The coffee maker didn't work. I received a text inquiring about our stay. I brought these concerns up and received a message, 'thanks we will notify housekeeping'. That was it. For $500 plus a night you would think there would be a better response or some compensation. We would not return. Pros: The unit was conference center huge, and the staff are responsive to texts. The pool area is nice. Good sunset view from the point on the small beach area.

I have never written a review before but felt we needed to here. We were in the Conch Suite and will give it 1 star for having good space and nice big bathroom. The rest of this review needs to be said so potential guests know ahead of time to expect. Our suite had no access other than by lugging our heavy bags through the gravel lot then up the stairs...on our own with no help. The office closed at 5:00 leaving no way to get assistance if needed. There was moldy doors and walls which obviously had water damage. There was no extra blankets, no silverware or cleaning products for the dishes, no phone in the room and shockingly NO outlets by the beds, which was very surprising in this day and age. The nightstand and bathroom vanity tray were in very poor condition with paint chipping off. The curtains were mismatched and had stains on them. Give it one star for being spacious. Overall, it seems nobody cared to take a few steps to take pride in this place enough just to make it more presentable and less "nasty".

The location and property are absolutely beautiful. Stayed in the conch suite and can confirm it was very very loud. The conch villa is above us and I could hear every single footstep and door. While the house was beautiful it could have been cleaner, walls and curtains were dirty. Again beautiful property just sharing my experience.

This is a conveniently located and reasonably priced stay in Key Largo. The customer service was stellar, very attentive staff and easy communication. The villa itself was very clean and well kept, with a full kitchen and laundry, plenty of towels, and they also include several board game options in the villas. Highly recommended!

We are now here and spending the night. Great location near everything but yet secluded. It is gated so it feels super safe. High ceilings in our villa and clean. Decorated pretty and it comes with free kayaks. Beautiful sunset watching. Also there is free dolphin watching and there is more interactions for a fee in the enclosure area. We will be sad to leave in the morning.
