My wife and I stayed at the Rainbow Bend as part of our anniversary trip in the Keys, and the Rainbow bend was amazing. When we checked in the staff were warm and welcoming; they even left a bottle of champagne in our room! The grounds are well kept and clean, the complimentary breakfast is tasty and a perfect way to start the day, and the location just off the main portion of Marathon is fantastic. They also have bicycles and kayaks for guests to use when at the property. I hope to be back soon!

This is a great, relaxing place to unwind. Unfortunately, the sargassum is affecting the beach right now, but the property does an excellent job of keeping everything as clean and well-maintained as possible. The rooms were spotless, and we loved the private outdoor patio. It was also a nice bonus that paddleboards, kayaks, and cornhole were all included with our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms look better than the outside. It's great that it is located right on the water, but the smell was overwhelming of sulfur. You didn't want to spend any time outside. There was lots of seaweed that made it stink. There is no sand entry into the water. The edge is lined with rocks. Breakfast was complimentary and it was good. The server was very nice. They do not do the rooms every day. View was amazing. Don't stay on this side of the island due to the smell. I recommend anyone coming to the Keys to stay in Key West.

Lovely location in a vintage hotel. This property was built in 1963 so not cookie cutter rooms but just what we love. We stayed in unit #17, a two bedroom unit with full size pullout love seat in the living/dining area. Down the hallway was the kitchen with full sized fridge, gas stove top, microwave and nice sized sink. Off the hall are two bedrooms and a bath with shower. Thru the twin sized room was another nice sized bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the entire unit was very clean.

We had a wonderful experience here! We are heading down to Key West and decided to try Rainbow Bend resort for a nice relaxing overnight and it did not disappoint. The rooms are cute and clean. Not too big but have what you need. The beach and ocean views are wonderful. Very relaxing and quiet during our stay here in late April. Complimentary breakfast was great! We expected the usual continental you get at big chains but not here. They have a nice selection of options that are free, a couple upgrades too that sounded delicious. We were in the mood for pancakes and French toast with bacon. Yummy food, quick service, friendly staff. We recommend this resort if you're looking for the charm of the keys...we will be back.

Excellent hotel in a prime location in the Central Keys. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spotless and very well maintained. The property features a private beach open 24 hours, adding to its appeal. It’s a quiet, family-friendly place—highly recommended. We would definitely come back!

I thought i had already completed a review but I may have missed it. This place was so welcoming! They greeted us with a toast with sparkling wine and wonderful smiles! The water was so clear and so warm. The room was wonderful and the restaraunt upstairs was delicious ? A must to stay here and will definitely be back!!! Thank you all for a great stay!!!

Perfect retreat. This resort is not high maintenance bougie but prefect for adults to get away and relax. There’s a pool and hot tub facing the blue ocean, kitchenettes, a grill and a lot more to enjoy. This is a hideaway delight in the keys

This place is great! From Julissa, to Summer, to Heaven, they are awesome and so welcoming. I also want to mention the housekeeping staff is ready to assist with whatever you need. Breakfast in the Hideaway Cafe is excellent! Frieda is gracious. The french toast and blueberry pancakes are delicious! My husband and I are looking forward to next year's stay!!

Beautiful resort, looked like the two rooms we stayed in were recently updated. Our ocean side room was beautiful, the other room near the highway needed a few additions. Would definitely stay again. Staff was great as was breakfast!
