I love these style of places to stay! If you are looking for the trendy instagram hotel this is not the place... if you want old school Florida that has a super chilled vibe with great views this is the place for you

Bad experience overall and requesting a refund consideration. The shower was extremely small, and when sitting on the toilet, your leg touched the wall. It appeared the bathroom may have been altered without proper permitting or code compliance, with only about 3 inches between the toilet and wall. This made the stay very uncomfortable and frustrating. The curtains facing the courtyard were see-through, which made me feel unsafe and lacking privacy. In addition, the door lock only secured the bottom lock and not the deadbolt, creating further security concerns. The bedding was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The couch was acceptable, but the linen and furnishings felt very outdated.

It’s a nice little getaway and very clean. Staff very nice. Even the regulars who have timeshares are very quiet. We didn’t try the pool since we aren’t pool people. The location is awesome. only thing is I wish that they had a place where you could buy laundry salt for the washing machine otherwise it was great!

Great place to stay. Great location, views and things to do. Property offers kayaks and bikes to use for free. The heated pool is wonderful. They have a private beach, plenty of chairs, picnic table, hammocks, corn hole, ping pong, shuffle board and a park onsite. Boat docking area, covered free parking. Everything is great: no issues.

This place has potential!!!! Room is dirty, it needs a deep clean. Dust everywhere vents , base boards, fans, outlets and Furniture. Toilet bowl needed to be clean. Shower had sand in it. Had a smell. We tried to tell the front desk lady but wasn’t trying to hear it!!!!! Overall I would never stay here again!!! Also, towels need to be replaced. Smh

The deluxe room as described on Expedia is not at all what we expected. Said it was a deluxe room we had a room the was smaller then a one bedroom apartment and we had to climb a flight off stairs to get to the room which also was more mentioned. I personally wouldn't stay at the property again.

We booked the deluxe ocean view. They updated a few things but not fully remodeled. According to Expedia we should have had a walk in shower, it was a tub shower. The top blanket on bed looked not clean. So ocean views with walk in shower I would like to know what they call them if we have a deluxe. For 5 day stay @ $1666.00 it should be the best, not a step in bathtub with a broken soap holder.

Really great place!! Rooms are very clean (great cleaning staff), perfect honestly. Theres kayaks for you to use, and we did thank you and/or bikes you can use. We are a mile or 2 south of Robbies so I enjoyed a grouper sandwich. I hope to come back, I am enjoying myself. Nice people all around. Thank you

Been vacationing here for 25 years. Owners keep everything clean and updated. We go in September and avoid the summer crowds. A real comfortable place.

The good: Location is really good. Close to local places. Affordable but check around. The bad: The smell from rotting trash on the shore at low tide was really bad, high tide was better. The room was OK, no extras so bring everything.
