Perfection - - Booked this place last minute for a night stay with spouse and teens. Location is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood to ‘all the things’ yet none of the noise…perfection. Beds are nice and room has Key West charm…perfection. Truly a hidden gem I’m so glad was available for a last minute booking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We booked this sight unseen, no recommendations from other… just from website. We were supremely pleased with this establishment. It exceeded our expectations! The room was quaint, clean, cold (AC). Room had table for 2, mini fridge, microwave and k-cup coffee maker. The whole place was so inviting and cute. Pool was clean, courtyard bar, tables, chairs & umbrellas on deck. Hot tub, outdoor shower, towels provided and even sunscreen if you need it. They have bikes available to rent, 12 hours for $15, I would have paid $5 for just 2 hours - had that been available (hint hint Eden House). The staff were friendly and kind! Thank you for a great experience!

We stayed in room 106 which is an inner room adjacent to the front desk-lobby area. We probably paid the lowest price of all the rooms so factor that in. I think the room was probably 10x12 give or take. It was VERY small, almost no natural light and furniture storage very low quality like something from big lots or online for $30 dollars. But on the positive side, very clean and excellent AC and very comfy pillows and mattress. The service at this hotel is excellent. Catered to our every need including locking up our bags upon check out as we didn't leave until 5PM Key West Express ferry. Coffee and tea all day and evening, offer of a welcome drink upon arrival. Use of the pool area amenities until our room was ready and after same day check out and that was offered without asking! The street is quiet and safe with some parking but you have to drive around a bit. Walking distance to ferry and Duval and Marina area. The pool area was very inviting with all newer top quality furniture. The entire exterior is remodeled probably post last hurricane. The best part of the entire experience was the manager covering the front desk, her name was "Gemma", so kind and pleasant person. She took great care of us and the other guests. The other rooms we didn't stay in looked pretty nice so spend a little more would be my suggestion.

We absolutely fell in love with Eden House and with Key West. Originally, we booked only one night, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend it. Unfortunately, there was very limited availability, yet the team went above and beyond to make it possible for us to stay an extra night. A special thank you to Jocelyn, who worked behind the scenes to rearrange rooms and reservations so we could remain at the hotel, and even in the same room. Her kindness and dedication truly touched us. We would also like to thank Daniel, Gema, and Oscar. Every interaction with them was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, charming, and full of character. But what makes Eden House truly special are the people who work there. Their hospitality transformed a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable experience. We are returning to Argentina with incredible memories and hoping to come back one day. When that time comes, we wouldn't stay anywhere else but Eden House. Thank you for everything!

We loved the Eden House! We stayed in the loft suite. The bed was very comfortable, recently new. The noise in the neighborhood was very mild and relaxing, especially compared to Duval Street (chickens were the only issue throughout the day). The resort area was relatively quiet, although there were plenty of nice guests around who were pleasant to chat with. We had a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The resort area had a clean, cool pool and a nice, warm hot tub. The tiki bar was well stocked, and they can charge your drinks to your room. The staff at the hotel was always very responsive (we didn't have any forks for our takeout, and they gave me some). We loved the porch swing on our private front deck. We will always remember our stay at the Eden House. The neighborhood is perfectly out-of-the-way but still full of some nice restaurants and bars. Plan ahead because most of the spots are locals that close early in the night. We walked almost everywhere we went, throughout downtown Key West. I hope to stay here again!

This place is a little slice of Heaven, so quaint and quiet. The staff goes above and beyond. We have been staying here for 20+ years and so many of the staff members have remained, something you rarely see and is obvious reflection of the management. The attention to detail, the addition of the bar around the pool and the fabulous front porch make this small guest house next level.

My Husband & I have just spent the night here at Eden House after doing a roadtrip from Miami. This accommodation is so charming and feels like a great example of the types of homes in the area with its rustic character. We had great service from the staff helping us park our vehicle, offering us a cold welcome drink (very much appreciated after a long drive in the sun!) and highlighted the key points of interest on a local map. The room was very clean, tidy and there was a good size fridge for our bottled water. Thank you for having us and we hope to come back again one day! We are from the UK and fell in love with this town.

We had a great experience staying here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Even welcomed us with a nice cold beverage! The pool/hot tub area is very relaxing and clean. Free coffee in the morning! Location was great 10 minute drive to the main spots (duval street, southern most point, Mallory square) 15-20 min walk. Overall great experience and would definitely stay again!

Great boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice pool and small bar with an amazing bartender (Katy). Perfect location within walking distance to almost any place in 20 minutes. I would definitely return and recommend.

This place was fabulous! Hot tub, Pool and common areas to hang and relax. The room was nicely pointed but a tad small. Beds comfy and room was clean.
