A beautiful oasis. My room was spotless clean and everything worked. The outdoor setting on the water has two docks with free kayaks and bikes. The owners are very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

It's great! First, I don't get why it is presented as 2 star hotel on maps. Bug rooms, swimming pool, on the beach. I stay at 5 atar hotels all the time, this is 3 or 3.5. HIGLY pleasant, extra recommended Staff is also very friendly Ok, 1 adjustment after 1 night - the shower needs to be updated. With a small investment which can significantly upgrade it (water flow, the shower cabine). It is "ok" ,but at a 2 star level. Rest is 3.5 stars and the location, 5 stars

The location is great, the setting is great… However there are some important issues that need fixing, as follows: - Our room had a dining area and a microwave, but it had no cutlery or crockery. We asked (Chris) for these and were told we had not paid for them… Deapite the room being the best part of $1,000 for three days! - Strike One… - The internet connection is appalling . If you need to do any work then you will be using your cellphone… But the signal is really bad ! - Strike Two. - The room had five hangers… And we were told that we could not have more because no-one in Florida hangs or irons anything… I then asked to borrow an iron and when they opened the door to the cupboard there were clearly plenty of spare hangers !!!! - So Strike Three… - BONUS STRIKE - Do not whatever you do borrow a bike, none of them are serviced, none of them have brakes and basically they are death traps!!! So to sum up, great location, nice place but let down be one member of staff clearly on an agenda of her own. It could be great if they just mastered the art of service and treating guests with respect…. I’d suggest starting with not pretending to not have things that they patently do - Oh and providing the basics for a room with a kitchen area… Like cutlery and plates !!! - If I had not had a pen knife with me then we would have not been able to have even used the kitchen area !!!!!

This isn’t a “5 star” resort. It’s an awesome place to go though. Staff treated us like the small motels used to. The lady that checked us in handed us the KEY, walked us around the resort pointing out the many amenities, and walked us toward our front door. If we ever come back to Marathon we will definitely stay here.

This place is a true hidden gem. Quiet, peaceful, and perfectly situated right on the water, with expansive views that invite you to slow down and just be present. Sunrise and sunset here are absolutely unforgettable—don’t miss either. The location strikes a rare balance: serene and uncrowded, yet close enough that great food, coffee, and local activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. On-site amenities like the pool, kayaks, and bikes make it easy to enjoy the water and surroundings without needing to plan much at all. If you’re looking for a calm, beautiful place to reset, reflect, and enjoy the Keys at a relaxed pace, this is it. I’ll definitely be back.

The views are excellent and the location is great—right on the water and close to town. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Free kayak and paddle board. There is no onsite restaurant or food service, so you do need to head into town for meals, but it’s not far at all and very convenient. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for peaceful surroundings, great views, and a comfortable place to stay in the Keys.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It's quiet, clean, beautiful. The private beach was amazing. There are lots of places outside to relax and find privacy. The staff is super nice. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at Seascape for 5 days in late September. We were there with 2 friends. It felt like we were the only ones there! Our friends had a room with a kitchen. We made a few meals on the outside grills and ate at our own private areas. The rooms were great the pool area was awesome! We played cornhole and took the kayaks out a few times. It was very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I only stayed for 1 night but we will be back for a full week. SEASCAPE was friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and cool in the hot July weather. They had so many amenities. We loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood looking at all the newly hatched iguanas. The property was beautiful and just so cozy and relaxing. Thank you for a great time!

Went down to seascape this past weekend and couldn't of had a better stay. The primary goal was to fish. Having the boat in the water, boat ramp on site, and cleaning station made for a great experience! Even better they had ice and freezer for bait on site. Would 100% suggest to anyone interested in staying in marathon / FL Keys. Amazing stay and super friendly staff.
