We have had an incredible stay here at Marriott Three Waters Resort! A much needed vacation, and it has exceeded our expectations! The icing on the cake was the boat ride on the Rum Runner to explore the sister properties. Captain Jen and Mate Bruce were great!! Got a little history lesson, great music, great restaurant recommendations too!! Highly recommend hopping on board the Rum Runner!

We our frequent travelers to the Florida Keys, particularly Islamorada. This is the first time we visited three waters resort in Marina. Great location, but our experience was made even better by the two bartenders at the Cove section, Hideaway bar. Shaneil and Chernell’s warm and welcoming personality made us feel so at home. We watched one of the World Cup soccer games while there and Enos enjoyed their enthusiasm!! We were the only people at the bar and they made us feel like friends. They are the best!

Rum runner boat with Dave and Bruce amazing! Best experience on our trip! Also would like to mention Nevena at the experience counter did an amazing job taking care of our kids. The rooms are small and no counter space in the bathroom. Beds were ok better than most but you are paying a lot for the resort experience.

Three Waters Resort is the perfect home base for a Florida Keys trip. Whether you’re fishing, boating, relaxing by the pool, or exploring Islamorada, everything is right there and incredibly convenient. This Marriott property has a great mix of amenities without feeling overly crowded. Multiple pools, small beach areas, waterfront views, and a full-service marina make it easy to enjoy everything the Keys are known for. The marina setup is especially convenient if you’re heading out on fishing charters or boat excursions — being able to walk right from your room to the docks is a huge plus. The on-property restaurants and bars were also surprisingly good and made it easy to stay onsite after a long day on the water. The tiki bar atmosphere was fantastic, and Kindler Wood-Fired Fare delivered one of the best dinners we had during our trip. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the entire resort had a relaxed upscale vibe that fit Islamorada perfectly. Overall, an awesome place to stay if you want a resort that combines Keys relaxation with easy access to all the activities that make the area special.

My husband and I stayed at the Amara Cay resort. Had a beautiful time there and we went to the Sister resort Three Waters and went on the water taxi ,The Rum Runner. Jen and Breanna wear our captains. They were true pros! We went on the Bayside due to the high winds we were having all week and they took us on an amazing little tour. Very knowledgeable about the island and had great stories to tell. Five star review.;)

Three waters was perfect for my group booking for a work trip. We booked 18 rooms and everyone had a great time. The resort has everything you need and is close to anything else you might want. Michelle and Matthew helped make our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing 6-night stay at Three Waters. Great food, beaches, pools, staff, activities. Just all around a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are beautiful, it’s in an awesome, quiet location. Perfect place to relax on the white sandy beach! We also did the karaoke sunset cruise with Capt Brianna and DJ BRUCE and had a wonderful time! 10/10 recommend the resort and all the activities!

Great resort with great amenities. Wonderful island vibe and food was delightful. Did the rumrunner loop with captain Jen and Bruce. They were great hosts - saw some dolphins and a sea turtle. Only downside: our room in the Cove was a bit small - though seemed recently renovated.

Enjoying our stay! Amenities are good, views are awesome. Good restaurants so far, too! We just ‘cruised’ on the Rumrunner water taxi on a cooler day, and had a super time! Jen and Kristen were excellent hosts and navigators - and very knowledgeable about fish we’d seen and other wildlife, as well as history of the region. 100% recommend taking a spin on the taxi!

Our family stayed at this hotel for 12/29-12/31/25. We had a 2 bedroom suite which we paid $1,500/night. Something to note about this hotel is that it is dog friendly and the rooms have paper thin walls. Unfortunately, the first night of our stay we had a dog barking for 4 hours in the next room over, which was barking right at our bed from 5am-9am (we had just arrived from the west coast so the time for us was 3am-7am). This dog never stopped barking for the entire time. It was torture! I tried calling the front desk for 4 hours and they did not pick up the phone even after trying numerous attempts. Once I was able to walk over to the front desk, I spoke with Amy Leal, who said she was the manager. I explained the situation and she said she was sorry and that there was nothing she could do. She did not even address the problem that the front desk did not pick up the inhouse room calls. This is a big problem if there are any emergencies. I got little sleep, because of this issue and felt horrible all day. Upon checking out Amy Leal offered me a $250 credit for their mistakes. I felt that this was a slap in the face, since we were paying $1,500/night. I feel that she should have credited us for 1 room night charge. I would rate this hotel 1 star for their accommodations and how I was treated.
