I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I especially want to thank Paul from the front desk for his kindness and professionalism when I lost my purse. He went above and beyond to help me, and his support during a stressful situation meant so much to me. The hotel itself is fantastic, but the rooftop was truly a highlight. The atmosphere is beautiful and upbeat, with amazing live music, we had so much fun! It was the perfect place to spend an evening and enjoy the views. Excellent service, great entertainment, and a memorable experience all around. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

This is a very cute hotel that is extremely convenient to all the hustle and bustle. Almost all the staff were accommodating and cared about the cleanliness of the hotel. My only con for the rooms is that they were on the smaller side for an Autograph, and there were no blackout blinds. Our room also didn’t have a sound machine like another review mentioned. We went for our 20th anniversary and found it to be romantic and loved that it was adults only. I was a little disappointed they didn’t offer to upgrade our room because of our status, or leave anything special for us. I had previously emailed them also asking for something special in the room to surprise my husband, with no response. We easily walked to Ft Zachary for snorkeling, but because of the winds we were only able to go once. Our trip the dry tortugas was also canceled. So just plan to be flexible and enjoy the lovely pool at the hotel and the bar service! All the food was delicious and we enjoyed the convenience of sitting pool side.

You can’t visit Key West and stay anywhere else!!! The location is unbeatable, but it’s the property itself and the people who make it truly exceptional. The team consistently goes above and beyond. The hotel has a one-of-a-kind charm, and you genuinely feel immersed in the heart of all the energy, from the lively lobby bar and restaurant to the rooftop with live music every night. A special thank you to the incredible front desk team, including Latoya and Neo, as well as managers Abraham and Luiza, for making the experience so memorable. The complimentary bikes are such a thoughtful touch and make exploring Key West effortless and fun! The Sunday brunch is also fantastic, which we unfortunately didn’t get the chance to enjoy this time, but if you are staying over Sunday you must!! If you want to fully experience Key West, The Saint Hotel Key West is the only place to stay.

Went for the Sunday Brunch and it was fantastic. They serve small plates from a limited menu, but not too limited, which is unlimited. You have a two hour window in which to enjoy a very good selection of offerings. Opt for the unlimited drink menu of mimosas or Bloody Marys, it is well worth the price.

No real place inside the room for 2 people to sit so the only option is the bed. Not ideal Had dinner there tonight. Not great. Ordered a starter, 2 entrees and 2 glasses of wine. One wine came in about 15 minutes the other in a half hour. Disappointed. Then the appetizer and both entrees came 45 minutes later and all at the same time. More disappointment. I ordered the filet rare. It came medium rare. The waiter didn’t know what side dishes they offered. He was very disappointing. Not attentive at all Gustavo the valet attendant is wonderful and the friendliest employee they have Abraham the manager is also very pleasant and accommodating This was our 3rd year staying here and this experience may have me looking elsewhere for next year

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and smelled amazing, which made it feel comfortable right away. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming. The entrance was beautiful and gave a great first impression. The island atmosphere was relaxing, and the restaurants offered great food. I especially loved the seafood and desserts everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

Expensive and worth it. Service at the bar, restaurant, and to/from room - fabulous, helpful and friendly. Happy hour was terrific with superior cocktails and fantastic food. I had grilled octopus on an amazing sauce. Still thinking about it. Breakfast made exactly to order with perfect coffee, available all day and night. (No coffee maker in room). Decor in the lobby and bar is funky and cute in complete contrast to the rooms which are luxurious and beachy. The room amenities are also lovely including the chaise lounge and mirrored bar. Nice pool and rooftop bar. Valet car service. Yes- it is great here. I will say, check in could have been more accommodating as we are seniors and were given a second floor room next to the lounge so we had stairs in the rain and loud music and noise until late. Consideration could have been given at that time.

This was the second time we stayed here. Location is walkable to shops, restraunts, bars, and other places. We got in early and they held our bags for us while we did some site seeing and had dinner. The room was chic and had everything we needed. The front desk answered all of our questions and helped make arrangements for transportation and dinner suggestions. Its cute little boutique hotel that I can recommend. Best of all my husband travels frequently for work and we we're able to use some if his marriott points. Bonous!!

????? The Saint Hotel Key West, Autograph Collection is an absolutely exceptional place! Located in the heart of Key West, it has a unique atmosphere and style that immediately impresses you. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling – you can feel from the very first moment that guests are truly welcome here. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and tastefully decorated – every detail adds charm and elegance. The restaurant serves delicious food that delights with both flavor and presentation. The entire hotel has a fantastic atmosphere – luxurious, yet very warm and relaxing. Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed – I’ll be happy to return!

Great hotel, right in the middle of everything! everyone was very nice, even got a glass of champagne on check-in! The rooms range from very small, up to a penthouse suite with a kitchen. some of them open up right onto the pool. The air conditioning worked fantastic! Our room even had a extra dehumidifier in it as well. The rooms are situated in different buildings surrounding the pool and lobby area. there is an on-site restaurant, and rooftop bar. The only downsides were, there was no bottle filler, you had toasktgefront desk; and the water pressure in the entire hotel was a little low.
