The room was very nice and the A/C ran non stop cold. Bed super comfy. Very quite room considering the airport is next to it. Beautiful views of the ocean. The pool area was huge with a Tiki Bar that serves weak drinks. There is a $15 a day parking fee but we were given a pass, that was nice! Cons- The breakfast, which I only eat protein, was not to be desired. The sausage was grey in color and the texture rubbery. We were told that there would be a 'Grab And Go" breakfast if you needed to leave early. We even checked the day before to make sure. There was no grab and go breakfast, very disappointing. Coffee was very weak too.

Great Location, Excellent Service, and Fantastic Ocean Views We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the pool area is especially nice—clean, relaxing, and looked after very well. Very good firm mattress in the ocean view rooms. The location is excellent, with the airport only about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the city, which is a very convenient service. The ocean-view rooms are fantastic, with a beautiful view of the water, although the hotel is located across the highway from the beach. One of the things we really appreciated was the unlimited complimentary bottled water available at the lobby counter. There is also a convenient tour service where staff can help arrange excursions and explain the local attractions, which makes exploring the area much easier. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, and the ocean view is definitely worth considering when booking. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, convenient amenities, and a fantastic location. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn Key West! The rooms were spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The oceanfront pool area with the Cheekie Hut bar was the perfect spot to unwind. The service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was welcoming, professional, and go-the-extra-mile friendly. The complimentary shuttle service made exploring Key West super easy, and the free hot breakfast was a great way to start every day. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West. 5 stars all around!

We enjoyed our stay. Even though it was only a 10 min walk from the airport we were not disturbed in the night by planes. The staff was kind ans accommodating our entire stay. The shuttle was awesome and all drivers polite. The shuttle driver Dervon was exceptionally helpful today when we needed an unexpected trip back to town. My only complaint is how close the bed is to the AC. You can not use that side of the bed. Other than that, the food was good, great view, clean pool and rooms.

We have absolutely loved our stay here so far. Very very clean and the staff are very kind. The breakfast is not bad either. The pool area is very clean and nice to enjoy. When we arrived the gentleman that helped us was very helpful and even had champagne deliver to our room! This has a great stay for our honeymoon!!! Would highly recommend staying here. I wanted to give a shout out to Rafael for coming out at midnight to change the battery for our door. He was very kind to come from his home so late to get us into our room. It was a little frustrating waiting to get into our room, however things happen. Thank you Rafael!

Due to a change in our flight schedule, I requested a one-day reservation modification through Booking.com. I was instructed to contact the hotel directly, but despite numerous attempts, I was repeatedly left on hold for 10–15 minutes before the calls were disconnected. Eventually, the hotel stopped answering my calls altogether. This level of customer service is completely unproffesional and unacceptable. The lack of communication and disregard for guests reflects a business that seems far more concerned with revenue than customer satisfaction. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to others.

Great stay here for my birthday and thank you Kim for making it so enjoyable! The value for the stay was spot on and the location is convenient to downtown. I enjoyed hearing the airplanes and seeing them lift off and land! The outside ocean view was peaceful. We met a couple that stays at this hotel every year multiple times for the last 5 years and when we asked why they said customer service and overall stay! The room was clean and Kim even brought up Champaign for my birthday! The lady who I rented the golf cart was also very nice & knowledgeable . I did not engage much with anyone else as much as I did with Kim! Thank you for recognizing my membership and ensuring I knew everything I needed to be your guest! Bravo! Bravo!

Wonderful base of operations for our Key West adventures, land and sea. Reasonably priced and reliable parking. Would stay here again. Very spacious second floor room with beautiful ocean view balcony. Nicely updated and quite inviting. Good breakfast. No decaf coffee fyi; I guess folks here need a boost. ? There is a Publix nearby that was great for stocking the in-room refrigerator with drinks & snacks. We had no trouble with airplane noise; it seems the airplanes only run during the day when we generally weren't there anyways. Related, out the balcony I did get to see a few beautiful views of seaplanes banking and climbing, perhaps on the way to Ft. Jefferson. The parking does cost extra, so you are ready for it! Can always call the hotel ahead to check the rate per day. I hope & pray you have a great stay, also! ???

Enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Hampton Inn. Being in Key West is a true paradise! The hotel is beautifully landscaped and the rooms are very clean and nice. We had an ocean view room with a balcony it was very relaxing to see the gorgeous water. The Cheekie Hut was also great with a great bartender. Janna was very polite and made us feel welcome. The airport is not far from the hotel but didn't bother me and my husband a bit. Breakfast was also great! Don't hesitate to book here!

I don’t care if it’s high season or a last minute booking. These rooms, and this hotel, do not justify more per night than the Mandarin Oriental in Manhattan. $90 per night quality. $900 per night price. As would be typical for a $90 per night room, this is what I got: Testing fire alarms. Once every 3 minutes. Inside the room. Ear splitting screeching. 4 days straight. 6 hours a day. Rendering the room 100% uninhabitable during the day. A door that doesn’t even lock. Thank goodness for the latch up top. A broken phone that simply didn’t work. A chirping noise due to an electrical fault right next to the head of the bed. Impossible to sleep. WiFi that has zero range, combined with 1 bar of cell service resulting in barely being able to even send texts. And yes. Literally UNDER the flight path, resulting in wall-shaking roaring from planes every so often. Curtains blocked from fully closing. Intentionally set so you CANT close them. Walls and floors so thin I could clearly hear people talking (and snoring). As far as $900 level rooms go, this was an F. I would’ve given it 3 stars at $90.
