I don’t care if it’s high season or a last minute booking. These rooms, and this hotel, do not justify more per night than the Mandarin Oriental in Manhattan. $90 per night quality. $900 per night price. As would be typical for a $90 per night room, this is what I got: Testing fire alarms. Once every 3 minutes. Inside the room. Ear splitting screeching. 4 days straight. 6 hours a day. Rendering the room 100% uninhabitable during the day. A door that doesn’t even lock. Thank goodness for the latch up top. A broken phone that simply didn’t work. A chirping noise due to an electrical fault right next to the head of the bed. Impossible to sleep. WiFi that has zero range, combined with 1 bar of cell service resulting in barely being able to even send texts. And yes. Literally UNDER the flight path, resulting in wall-shaking roaring from planes every so often. Curtains blocked from fully closing. Intentionally set so you CANT close them. Walls and floors so thin I could clearly hear people talking (and snoring). As far as $900 level rooms go, this was an F. I would’ve given it 3 stars at $90.

Overall we had a great time at the hotel, especially by the pool. The housekeeping could be better, had some issues with baby crib and room cleaning. City shuttle is small and booked out quite quickly. Breakfast was above average.

We are Hilton honors members and I always try to leave great reviews. The staff , bartenders and Sam were very sweet. When our TV was not working , and couldn't be fixed , Sam physically helped us move to a new room the next day and adjusted our room price. The food was great, can walk to some restaurants. My only complaint was that the rooms both had a musty smell although no carpets and Hilton did many updates to rooms. I have an bad allergy to mold, so i wanted to do this review if others might also have a mold allergy. Also their policy is to clean rooms every other day at this location.

EXCELLENT!! The room was perfect, the bathroom was clean and huge, it was so quiet and calm. The pool was warm and so relaxing; I didn’t want to leave! Breakfast was phenomenal! I loved my stay here! 10/10 would recommend and come back too! Thank you!!

This isn't your typical Hampton Inn. The property is similar to a motel. The access to rooms are from out doors. The buildings are not connected. You must walk outside to reach the main office, gym and pool. Hopefully the weather is pleasant and not raining. We did have some bug issues entering our room due to them collecting around the light by our door outside went it worked. A few rooms have great views for a sunrise, while other have pool view or zero views. Their where low flying planes, but being on the first floor they were muffled and not a bother. Breakfast was a typical buffet of a hampton inn. The pool area was very clean and felt safe, however at night it seemed very dark walking on the property. Our room was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. Recommend purchasing the trolley. It's a stop on the route and it allows you to hop on/off all day to experience the island with a drivier who talks about the history. Hampton inn also provides a ride downtown if needed. The staff was not very pleasant, made us kind feel uneasy and like we asked them for some extraordinary thing, couldn't even get a "you're welcome" after saying thank you to them.

We had an incredible stay during the first weekend in Nov. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. We love they have shuttle not only to/from the airport but also to Malory Square. We selected a pool view room which also got us a view of the ocean - room 232!! Upon arrival the first day, we decided to eat a late lunch at the hotel. We ordered the Cuban Sandwich. It was worth it!! The breakfast buffet was the normal one you find at most hotel. It wasn’t outstanding but it did the job. The room was clean and the bed was soft. The property was very clean especially around the pool. What really set this hotel apart was the friendly staff. The front desk ladies were amazing with all my questions/concerns. I had to have an overnight package sent to me and the staff called me the minute it arrived. I highly recommend this hotel!! Great price for what you get.

What a great place to stay. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The pool area is so spacious with such a cute tiki bar. Dennis the bartender was so personable. Nice having happy hour. The shuttle service made getting around so easy. Our driver during the daytime (can’t remember his name) was very friendly. The front desk attendants were polite and accommodating holding our luggage until our room was ready. The room was bigger than your average hotel room with a patio that was perfect for seeing the morning sunrise. Overall highly recommend this property.

I rented waterfront view room and it was soooooo worth it!!!Newly renovated rooms due to the 2024 hurricane season. Please be respectful to the room you rent. The restaurant inside the Hampton has the best cocktails and coconut shrimp I have ever had in my life! The shrimp is beyond fresh!! I know shrimp is just shrimp but just wait until you try their's! You'll say the same thing, that gives a whole new outlook on "shrimp is just shrimp" oh!!! and the sauce!!! Ohhh my goodness!!! If I could buy that by the bottle I would be the happiest person in the world!!!! Breakfast was very hectic and you're better off getting there when breakfast first starts, otherwise, it can and may make for a shoulder bumping experience, in a good way. other than that breakfast was hot, fresh and a wonderful variety! The fruit and veggies are so fresh you swear they have their own fruit farm there! I truly love this place and I highly recommend this hotel, cocktails and the food!! Just go to the tiki hut bar where the pool is. I spent most of my time at the hotel and pool. ?? I enjoyed it that much!! Sooooo relaxing to chill poolside and stare at water across the street

The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was lovely. The free shuttle was a great perk and made getting around easy. The AC was unusually loud, which was tough since I’m sensitive to noise—we had to turn it off at times. Also, we’re still waiting on a receipt due to a double charge for a resort fee. We booked through a third party, so the mix-up wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the front desk staff said they’d take care of it. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few bumps.

Enjoyed a short but great stay at the Hampton Inn Key West. The rooms are clean and spacious. The shower head was fantastic making for great showers at days' end. We enjoyed complimentary drink at the Cheekie Hut. The waitresses and waiters were awesome. Good drinks and conversation. The free shuttle to downtown every half hour of so was a great addition. Highly recommend the Hampton Inn.
