What a great location! Watching the boats pull in and out from our balcony, the heated pool was a spectacular, their breakfast was amazing and so aren’t the bars that are within walking distance. This is a must go to if you are in the area for a few days. Rented a pontoon boat with a few friends the last day and was well worth it!!! Saw a nurse sharks, parrot fish, pelicans, all sorts of wildlife, even a dolphin! No manatees though :(

We choose this location because we are Marriott members and because it was next to the scuba diving school we came to Key Largo for. Was pleasantly surprised by the level of breakfast provided by the on-site café. They had a nice variety of options and the food was very nicely prepared. They could punch up the flavor a bit on the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito. The pool is small and they don't have a hot tub but guests have access to the Holiday Inn facilities next door which has 2 pools (1 much bigger and nicer) and a hot tub and a full tiki bar that also offers food. This benefit was great and I took advantage of it everyday.

Stayed here on our way to lower Keys for the week. Selected based on number of points I had available. I certainly would not have paid the daily rate for this property, it is more than the resort we’re staying in this week. Room is fine, beds are comfortable. Front desk staff was cordial. No microwave in room, mini fridge and coffee maker only. First floor room near the lobby is not the best location if you like to sleep past 6. Market pantry staff setting up for breakfast seemed loud, could have been normal level but proximity to kitchen we could hear and smell everything. Nice to have a balcony overlooking pool and marina. Pool ‘closes’ at 11pm but guests had a party well after that and were quite loud, the shape of the outdoor space amplifies. Traffic noise is just background, not terrible. No restaurant or bar on site, closest is across the marina, you can walk around and through the Holiday Inn to get there. Parking is ample. Pet friendly.

Great location, right on Hwy 1 in Key Largo. Very clean room, and thanks to the lady for upgrading us to a marina view balcony room. Very comfortable beds and pillows for a great night sleep. The bathroom was very clean. Nice hot water showers but the water pressure was low. Free parking, there are a few covered spots as well. Nice pool area and a backyard but we didn't use the pool due to the 60 degree temps and a drizzle. There was a mini food cafeteria in the main level but it didn't interest us. There is a circle K right across and so we walked and got a few hot and cold breakfast food items from there in the morning. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I wish they included a microwave in the room (it had a mini fridge). Staying anywhere in the keys is expensive, so they are priced for the location.

This place is super clean, always cleaning here in and outside the property ! I love that they take pride in this hotel, rooms are decent. The bathrooms are smaller because they’re older. They have a bistro downstairs with two young men who take it next level that is fantastic….. when u walk into the lobby the smell is so good . The pool and walk around Area of the property is a must do!

This hotel was very nice. They had plenty of parking. The entire property was very clean, all the time. ALL of the staff there were so helpful, and friendly. Marriott, please recognize EVERYONE that works there! The breakfast was nice. The views were so pretty, being right at a marina. Lots of seagulls to watch. They even had a laundry room where you could wash your clothes. Nearby lots of places to go, things to see, places to eat. Reasonable prices for rooms. I would recommend staying here.

I booked a marina view room and they gave me a street view. When I asked for the right room they stated they do not have any marina view room available. They wouldn’t accommodate me or refund some of the money I paid because I booked thru a third party. When I spoke to the third party on the phone and they contact them. They offer partial view room. But no refund. Room was decent, but a little outdated. Breakfast was amazing and Starbucks on site. Pool and hot tub was good. But it was too cold to get in.

Location is great. Right off the main road, yet on a marina with a great view from rooms with balconies. Bathroom is outdated but room is spacious and well appointed with shelving, fridge, real glasses and a desk/table. Tv had Netflix option. Near cruise options and scuba if you like. Able to use amenities of the neighboring Holiday Inn with full service restaurant, pool and bar. Pool at this hotel, also nice with beachy set up outside the gate by the marina. Recommend! They even had cookies in the afternoon.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Immediately upon arrival there was an overpowering and sickening smell of cleaning products. Room was freezing and we opened door to warm up. Room was beside lobby, over gas station and highway so between the fumes of hwy, gas station and cleaning products not to mention smokers in room next door we could not keep window open. Not worth the $$$ and in my opinion damaging to the Marriott reputation for quality. We were told nothing else was available when complaint was made. Very disappointing as this was supposed to be a girls birthday celebration trip to the Keys! Never again.

This is a great option for a short stay in the Upper FL Keys. The location is very convenient. Although it has no beach access, there are plenty of beaches to choose from within a fifteen-minute drive. The parking area has easy access to the lobby and rooms. The staff is amazing. We were impressed by the service of Kelia at the front desk and Mirkis at the Café. The team keeps the facilities sparkling clean and well kept. Right next to a Marina and several restaurants.
