Beachside likes to call itself luxurious and in some ways it is but there are some kinks. Pros: great location, spacious rooms with big balconies, check-in was smooth, nice pool area, private beach. Cons: elevator was out of service, worn and/or slightly damaged furniture, hairs in jet tub, gouges in floor tiles, sauna pool wasn't working, door to washer/dryer was damaged. I enjoyed my stay but for the price I paid I expected more. I would not stay here again.

This is a nice resort, my only complaint is that customer service by receptionist was very poor. I didn't get the name, but the young lady that worked the night shift on 08/06/2026, seemed racist. We were waiting patiently, the young lady was available, but was too busy on her phone, and paid us no attention, another lady walked up to the other side of us, and after a few seconds, she called her up, then looked at us and say sorry. Seriously!!!! What are your story about? She saw that we were pissed off about it, and didn't even apologize. All we wanted was to extend our stay, we already stayed five days. I was planning a family vacation with over 20 people and was planning to stay here. But with this experience. NO WAY. Customer Service says alot, no matter if you're black or white. My money ain't no less in value than the others. At the end of the day, the money all pool together to operate the business, including paying her. I called to speak with the manager, and to no avail. But I did leave a voice message, I'll see if I will get a respond from the manager.

We stayed here for 4 nights, it was really fun. It has a small private beach and a really nice but exspensive resteraunt , rooms and pool and hot tub were really nice. Only problem was the elevator closest to our room was down so we had to walk extra but other than that it was a nice stay

This is a must stay resort! The property is immaculate and the staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The suites and the patio off the living room are roomy! The full kitchen has a counter with bar stools, and a dining area for large groups. The master suite is stunning with an amazingly comfortable bed. Did I mention clean? Very clean! Everything! Even the washer and dryer. The attached restaurant is equally amazing. The atmosphere and food are nothing short of 5 star. You will love your stay here. It is very convenient to and from airport (4 miles away) so you can sit on the beach or by the pool until the last minute! I would recommend and will definitely be returning here! Can’t wait!

Beachside Resort was great! We loved how convenient the location is and parking was very reasonable. Enjoyed the pool and private beach so much! The suite was really nice and we liked the balcony overlooking the pool. Having an apartment with a full kitchen, laundry and an extra bathroom was perfect. The food on property was excellent and don’t miss happy hour. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking to relax and soak up island life.

The resort was lovely. We loved the shuttle to Duval St. The bed linens and bath towels were very nice. The front desk employees and housekeeping employees were nice and accommodating. We rented the Residence rooms and they were very clean. The pool area was excellent. The only reason I took one star away is our rooms needed some attention to the clothes washer and the dish washer. Also,it would be nice to have a regular coffee maker in the kitchen area.

Room was absolutely beautiful. We had a king bed suite. Had the bathroom off the bedroom, a kitchen, living room, dining area and a half bath. We had a spiral staircase from our patio, but no walkway just uneven stone, so be careful. Location was nice. Far enough from Duvall street that it’s not super loud and right on the water. Service was okay, but when we asked for room to be cleaned and told then we were in need of, towels, coffee, toilet paper and garbage bags. Gave us 3 towels, changed the garbage with no extra bags underneath, changed the rolls of toilet paper and did not leave any extra rolls. We went down and asked for more and they gave it to us, but we feel it should have been taken care of when I specifically called for those items. The restaurant that is at the resort is a little pricey, but had excellent food and service! These photos are literally from the rear of the resort!

I really eanted to leave a good review because I wanted this place to be as awesome as it looks. It's beautiful. But if you are staying in a regular room, it sucks. Their hospitality lacks big time. They do not clean your room or empty your trash. We were here for a week. We asked for a refresh and were rudely told they don't clean your room there. Okay but we still need towels, tp, coffee, etc. they brought us a big trash bag with those things in them and my husband forced the guy to take a couple bags of garbage. Normally when you check into a place someone gives you the rundown on how things work. We received zero info and because we were exhausted from traveling for over 24 hours to get there we didn't think to ask. Need ice? You get to stand in line at the front desk so they can bag it up for you. Weird. Our room had the most mini fridge you can have and no microwave. Sucked not being able to heat up leftovers. We went to the beach most days and our floor had sand on it. Because there is no broom and dust pan in the room, it meant we had sand in our bed. That's fun. The room is not meant for you to be comfy in. The bed is many inches from the headboard so your pillows can't be stacked to rest against it. Normally wouldn't be staying in the room but i caught a nasty cold mid trip so needed to rest. The pool is open 24/7 so don't believe google on that. Keep your pool towels because it's unclear when they have someone out at the pool with towels and once you are out there you aren't going to want to run to the front desk. The concierge was fantastic and she really impressed us! Super helpful and kind. I booked this trip as a package through expedia, which i never do, and will never do again. Next time I will do better research. We had no view and no balcony. What a huge letdown but my own fault. There isn't really a beach here so don't be fooled on that either. It's a small spot of sand on a marina.

The entire staff was professional, courteous and prompt. The room maintenance person was exceptional. The room itself was very nice. My only negative was the overall lack of maintenance with the grounds. There was not enough pool lounge chairs and the umbrellas were all broken. Also, the landscaping needs some work. Overall I would rate this resort as a 3.5. Not quite a 4 but more than a 3.

Waitstaff was friendly, food was excellent.The facility is very dated and in much need of repairs and upgrades. We booked the Presidential 3 bedroom suite for 5 nights. When we arrived they said the elevator in our building did not work. Our room was on the second floor so you’d think they would make some adjustment to our room rate… Nope. We asked if they had another suite in another building… Nope. Wouldn’t you think renting the presidential suite for 5 days for $9,000 + for the room and 700 + for food and drinks you’d get at least offered room service…. Nope. We asked to have a late checkout at 2:00 or 3:00 because most of our family had late flights home and were told they could do 11:00, asked the next day 12:00, asked the final day after bringing up the broken elevator and no room service, they said 12:30. An employee told us our room was not even booked for our departure date. I watched and the cleaning people did not do our room until much later than our check out time. So frustrating! I think the hotel employees are fine, but the management of this hotel needs a wake up call on customer service and the staff needs to be better trained. This property has more ants in the units than chickens on the property. I’d check for another hotel if you are planning a trip to the Keys.
