We had an excellent stay at Lime Tree Bay. We booked the deluxe king suite and mentioned it was for a birthday trip. The hotel surprised us with decorations and key lime pie! The room was spacious and clean, with great working AC that you can manage on your own. The staff were helpful and professional, cleaning came everyday and we loved the text number option for requests or questions. The location is great right on the ocean with access to free paddleboards and kayaks - and swimming! Only an hour and a half from Key West , and lots to do in surrounding keys of Marathon and Islamorada. Designated parking spot for each guest room made it simple to get your car everyday. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend to others.

This place is gorgeous. Our room was newly renovated and it was perfect. I have never in my life seen such genuinely nice front desk staff. Kyle & Sharon were very delightful to meet as they helped with anything I needed. The property is perfect and luxurious. It was so quiet there and had lots of outdoor options for seating and things to do. We will absolutely be back.

Sunsets are amazing. Rooms are nice, however ours was the first room on Overseas highway, Room 154, so it was noisy from the road and also the row of air conditioners that line up directly on the other side of the headboard. We didn't get much sleep. Some type of electric issue would cause the breaker to shut off, and the fan would randomly stop working. Mosquitoes were in the bathroom, I assume coming from the drains, so you would gets bites when showering. Resort is very pretty, lots of areas to sit a d enjoy the scenery. Restaurant on site was nice, good food and friendly staff. Pool was nice but with the heat, the water was so hot it wasn't refreshing. They say you can use all pools in each of their sites, but they are across the busy road with no cross walk. Don't know that I would choose this location again, but it was close to Marathon and Islamorada, but I would definitely make sure to get a different room. They let us know they were sold out, so there wasn't another room to try this round.

This place was AMAZING!! we stayed at the end of our vacation because the room was double the price on memorial day weekend. I wish I could have stayed here all week. The room was spacious, clean, friendly staff and the only one of 4 hotels this week to actually acknowledge our anniversary. I would highly recommend this place and will be coming back. The beach is fantastic here. It was quiet, the elevators were in perfect condition with no issues and I can't say one bad thing about the place. Great job guys! Thanks for a great stay!

The room, the view, to the staff this is the best place we have stayed in the Keys. I will start with the room. It was spotless. The bathroom was large and in addition to being spotless, everything functioned. There was good water pressure, lots of hot water, and there was no slow drainage. There was a small refrigerator and microwave on the counter by an additional sink. The bed and pillows were actually very comfortable, which is rare in our travels. The television was large with a high quality picture and sound. Our room had a well furnished balcony with hands down the best view of the Gulf that we have had from any other resort in the Keys. We didn't have to leave our room for the perfect view of the sunset. Kayaks and bicycles are available for guests to use during their stay. We never used the pool, but it too, was very clean. The exterior grounds provide places to fish, eat, take a a stroll, or just relax. Florida Boy restaurant is across the parking lot. Both the food and staff are great.

Great property! The unit was very clean and well appointed. The property was fun. Great to sit and have coffee in the morning, and amazing at sunset. The restaurant staff was fun! Gary and Gigi were great. We enjoy both pools as well as the complimentary paddle board and kayaks. We are planning our return trip!

Beautiful hidden gem in the Florida keys. This place is so peaceful, right on the water with a private beach. It’s the perfect spot if you are looking for a Caribbean experience in the heart of the Florida Keys. We will definitely be back. Staff is super friendly , check in went super quick. And you get a beautiful view of the sunset right from your balcony.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The amenities were great, and the location is excellent—especially being right on the beachfront. The main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the beach front area could use a bit more maintenance. There were visible weeds that could be cleaned up to make the view and overall atmosphere even more enjoyable. With a little more attention to that detail, the experience would be perfect. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Excellent location with outstanding customer service at both reception and the restaurant. The rooms and common areas were immaculate and well maintained. The hotel features a superb pool and attractive surroundings, and offers complimentary water sports equipment for guests. It is an ideal place to relax, whether with family or alone. Our stay left a very strong impression—especially since we arrived late in the evening and were delighted by the view and atmosphere the following morning. Highly recommended. Two management-attention points: Schedule sewage pumping outside early-morning hours. The operation was noisy and produced unpleasant odors that spread across the property and pool area while guests were still sleeping and using the facilities. Offer an additional, lower-priced breakfast option or grab-and-go sandwiches. At over $20 per person the buffet felt expensive; we found affordable, tasty sandwiches 13–14 miles away and several guests complimented them. Introducing a similar, reasonably priced alternative would be appreciated by many guests.

The pictures don’t do this resort justice. They have the absolute best sunsets in the keys, especially the watching it at this resort. We had a waterfront room and we stepped out and were on the sand by the beach. Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Definitely a bang for your buck! They also have 3 different pools that are fairly warm. If you’re hesitant to book here or thinking about it, just do it! You won’t be disappointed. They also have a restaurant/bar on site and it’s very delicious food with a big menu.
