Stayed 4 nights in Room 222. Large and amazing view. Breakfast cafe great every morning. Large heated pool fantastic. Location perfect for us away from Duval but 10 min Uber ride only when we headed out. We would stay again IF we ever came back to Key West. PS. Water temp and pressure in bathroom sink needs addressing otherwise great stay.

From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. The attention to detail and level of hospitality truly set this hotel apart. The cleanliness was immaculate, everything from the lobby to the guest room was spotless and well-maintained. The room itself was beautifully appointed, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the accommodations felt both luxurious and welcoming. This hotel goes above and beyond in every aspect, service, cleanliness, and overall experience. I felt valued as a guest and completely at ease throughout my stay. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a top-tier hotel experience.

New building with comfy rooms, nice pool and friendly staff. Housekeeping service even left chocolates on our pillows one night. ? We had a meal at the tiki lounge that we good, but not exceptional. We enjoyed using our second floor balcony almost every day. We enjoyed being outside of downtown, even though we had to drive most places. However, the downtown trolley service has a stop exactly across the street from here, which we used one of our days in Key West.

Very happy with our stay here last week. Everything is maintained very well, our villa was very clean, and the service overall was great. Nice pool and little beach area with games and a bar at the end. The family loved it would visit again

On a previous visit to Key West we stayed in town. This stay at the Capitana was a much more relaxing vacation - staying by the pool for most of the afternoons and going to town for dinner. Rooms were well maintained with beautiful water view . The breakfast sandwiches and muffins at the market cafe were very good, reasonably priced and good portions. Same for the poolside lunches .We enjoyed lunch there each day. The hot tub was large enough to hold 10 + people comfortably but there were never more than 5-6 people in at the same time and mostly only 2 others . The waterfront beach was peaceful and relaxing and plenty of lounge chairs available. If you don’t mind walking it’s a 30 minute walk to town and although we didn’t rent bikes, they are available onsite to rent and it would be a quick bike ride into town. We mostly took Lyft or Uber which were readily available and inexpensive . Hydration stations with bottled water free of charge are on every floor. I wish they would have water stations to refill water bottles vs so many plastic bottles though. Maybe provide each guest one upon check-in??? I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our vacation at the Capitana Key West this past July! Sorry it has taken so long to review! Amazing customer service - everyone friendly from check in to breakfast to poolside service. The breakfast was outstanding - loved the yogurt parfaits, pancakes, bacon, fruit...so many items to choose from. The best part - so CLEAN! Wonderful accommodations. Thank you so much. We rode our bikes to downtown Key West daily - not too far and a lovely ride.

Everyone was so accommodating. Breakfast was absolutely great. Pool was perfect to sit and relax. While the beach didn’t allow water access the view was nice and still enjoyable. Took a Lyft to Duvall street daily as too far for walking but that was fine. We stayed in old town last year and the Capitana was hands down a better choice. McKees was perfect for lunch and dinner.

Our stay at Capitana was delightful. From making the reservations with Ms Dimple to checking out, everything was just perfect! The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and thorough. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, the breakfast had good selection and the hotel manager made sure all guests were being treated well at the start of the day and offered great advice as to places to see. The pool was so relaxing and the outside restaurant was wonderful. We so enjoyed lunch and drinks by the water and pool area but the best was our last treat of our stay, Capitana’s Key Lime Pie. Best by far! Will definitely recommend our now favorite, The Capitana, to everyone who goes to Key West for a special occasion. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit such a memorable one! Wonderful experience at The Capitana! We rented a 2 bedroom cottage for 3 adults, it was perfect. The resort was very clean and well maintained. All of their staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would stay here again.

Beautiful cottage nice appointments spotless and modern. The maid service was great and very accommodating. Front desk was major issue upon checking in and explaining extra charges. Other front desk staff moving forward was helpful. Easy accessible parking. Breakfast was lacking pool was beautiful as was surrounding areas
