Nice cozy room, with bath and kitchenette. Clean we enjoy our stay here, we were upstairs first cottage to the left. On deck area places to lounge and swimming pool in rear down bottom of stairs.

Liked the room well enough, but the fancy jacuzzi bathtub in my room that I was so excited about didn't work. You couldn't even turn on the water, had to fill the thing with water from running the shower, and then the jets don't work either. Given the poor location there's no real reason their prices should be so high, when the bathtub doesn't even work right. Stayed during the summer and paid what seemed more like winter prices.

Good location, you can walk to a bunch of places but not too loud or chaotic. Easy parking. Interacted with three staff members, all were very kind and helpful! Rooms were tired. Toilet never stopped running. Towels and pillows were flimsy and old. Requested a rollaway and they gave us an air mattress. Everything needed updating and/or fixing.

It's a big room with a full kitchen and a balcony. Which is really nice . But the condition of the kitchen and shower is pretty bad. Really nice pool :)

Quaint older house in key west. Rooms were decent size and we were lucky to get a large balcony along the front of the house. Pool is awesome for a dip with good lounging area as well. Check in has to be done on Duval Street which is a couple mins drive, not horrible but something to note for arrival. Our room has an in window AC which got quite noisy at night. Overall a great spot and value for its proximity to the main attractions of Key West!

Was told we were being upgraded and the upgrade consisted of mold all around the shower, hair in the shower, and things being held together by duct tape. Woke up after the first night covered in clusters of bites all around my hands, feet, and ankles. The front desk did refund for the two nights that we wanted to cancel but not for the first night since they said they inspected the property and didn’t find bedbugs. I’m no bedbug expert, but all I know is I went to sleep fine and woke up itching because *something* bit me several times.

It’s not the Ritz but the staff is very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The atmosphere is very old Key West meaning relaxed and not fancy. The rooms are comfortable and serve their purpose. Our room had a little kitchen which was very convenient. In addition, they have four properties to choose from. The WiFi works but a bit weak maybe they can work on that. Very important, they allow pets. This is our second time and more than likely not our last.

It was clean and comfortable. Bigger than some places. Kitchenette was an added bonus although we didn't use it. We had a nice balcony upstairs. Only downside was the hot water took a long long time to come. Lounge chairs available on the deck. Had pool, didn't use.

Very cute and cozy place to stay. The pool is nice too! They were good about replacing towels & sheets when we needed. I was a little frustrated with why they did not ever sweep. We were here for 6 nights and since we had been to the beach we tracked sand in, but had no way to sweep it up. I would have been happy to do it myself if they would put brooms in the rooms! Also just curious why there was coffee, but no creamer or sugar, petty I know it just kind of made me laugh. Overall a good time though!
