Disgusting ROACH MOTEL. Despicable overpriced for a dirty old place where check-in is inconvenient and at a different busy street on Duval. NEVER AGAIN. RENTERS BEWARE. Front desk gave us key to wrong room that was already occupied. Pros- Good location to walk to good restaurants etc and there's a few available parking spots included. THATS IT. Cons- -Kitchenette full of roaches!!!!!!!!! Yuck!!!! -Cracks in walls, floors etc. -Tiny shower that was grimy. -Age old dirty upholstery on furniture etc. Outside garbage dumpsters filled to the brim with garbage attracting the roaches and probably rats And who knows what else. -Old, nasty rooms and furniture -Blocked out windows in bedroom and bathroom. What a nightmare.

I laugh at some of the "reviews" people leave on businesses where they complain about the stupidest things, like "a bug flew by me outside when I was entering the room." Seriously... That being said, Colors on White Street was a really great stay. Is it the 4 Seasons? No. Is it the Ritz? No. What it is, is a very clean, and well furnished apartment, with a decent deck and pool area. Located right at the edge of Old Town, it is an awesome location for walking to the port, or down to Duvall Street. Took less than 15 minutes to get anywhere you would want to be. The air conditioner worked great. The ceiling fans worked great. Nothing was broken, and it just felt convienent staying there. But wait, there is more. I don't know of a single location in Old Town that offers on site parking. I can't tell you how convienent this is in Key West. The ability to park on site, and forgetabout it, takes 94.38% of the stress out of a Key West visit. Staff was excellent, and pleasant to work with. Make sure you head down to the Duvall office to check in. I made the mistake of thinking they were on site. Would I stay again? Absolutely. I am not looking for the resort atmosphere in the Keys. This place is a great example of the old keys, and it really made this stay fun and easy.

Nice cozy room, with bath and kitchenette. Clean we enjoy our stay here, we were upstairs first cottage to the left. On deck area places to lounge and swimming pool in rear down bottom of stairs.

Liked the room well enough, but the fancy jacuzzi bathtub in my room that I was so excited about didn't work. You couldn't even turn on the water, had to fill the thing with water from running the shower, and then the jets don't work either. Given the poor location there's no real reason their prices should be so high, when the bathtub doesn't even work right. Stayed during the summer and paid what seemed more like winter prices.

Good location, you can walk to a bunch of places but not too loud or chaotic. Easy parking. Interacted with three staff members, all were very kind and helpful! Rooms were tired. Toilet never stopped running. Towels and pillows were flimsy and old. Requested a rollaway and they gave us an air mattress. Everything needed updating and/or fixing.

It's a big room with a full kitchen and a balcony. Which is really nice . But the condition of the kitchen and shower is pretty bad. Really nice pool :)

Quaint older house in key west. Rooms were decent size and we were lucky to get a large balcony along the front of the house. Pool is awesome for a dip with good lounging area as well. Check in has to be done on Duval Street which is a couple mins drive, not horrible but something to note for arrival. Our room has an in window AC which got quite noisy at night. Overall a great spot and value for its proximity to the main attractions of Key West!

Was told we were being upgraded and the upgrade consisted of mold all around the shower, hair in the shower, and things being held together by duct tape. Woke up after the first night covered in clusters of bites all around my hands, feet, and ankles. The front desk did refund for the two nights that we wanted to cancel but not for the first night since they said they inspected the property and didn’t find bedbugs. I’m no bedbug expert, but all I know is I went to sleep fine and woke up itching because *something* bit me several times.

It’s not the Ritz but the staff is very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The atmosphere is very old Key West meaning relaxed and not fancy. The rooms are comfortable and serve their purpose. Our room had a little kitchen which was very convenient. In addition, they have four properties to choose from. The WiFi works but a bit weak maybe they can work on that. Very important, they allow pets. This is our second time and more than likely not our last.

It was clean and comfortable. Bigger than some places. Kitchenette was an added bonus although we didn't use it. We had a nice balcony upstairs. Only downside was the hot water took a long long time to come. Lounge chairs available on the deck. Had pool, didn't use.
