This is a really beautiful resort with great views and vibes all around. Despite it being upscale, it's warm and inviting. As a Wedding and Event DJ in Islamorada, Key Largo, Key West, Miami, and South Florida, I really appreciate the kind hospitality I received from Jennifer, Ana, and the entire banquet team! I've been here several times as DJ, and it's always been a great experience! Highly recommend!!

Went here for our honeymoon. Service was average at best. Mexico had better/more motivated wait staff. Rooms were nice, clean. Location was beautiful and very close to the ocean. There are many other off-resort options for eating we chose because a simple Ceasar salad on resort costs $36 LOL. Overpriced. I’d recommend Mangrove Mike’s or Laurelai’s for breakfast and we really enjoyed Marker 88 and Square Grouper for dinner.

Gorgeous gorgeous resort! My partner and I visited over the holidays and it was the perfect, most peaceful little trip. The best part, however, was definitely the service. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. When we first got our room there was a minor issue, which was immediately resolved thanks to Sarah and Monique at the front desk! They offered us another room that was even better than the one we originally had and was closer to the beach. It was such a nice and quick solution to something that was truly not a big deal to begin with, and they were really understanding and sweet about it. Thanks so much Sarah, Monique, and everyone else at the Islander Resort for making our vacation so relaxing and stress-free!

You should be very proud of the staff you have here! We can honestly say every staff member we came in contact with was beyond professional and so welcoming the entire time. They made us feel like it was our home away from home and they treated our kids so well. The daily activities your facility offers and the little perks throughout the day (popsicles/coconut drinks/sea salt scrub making/astronomy/movie night by the pool) made our days feel like were in paradise. Danielle never stopped moving and provided the best pool side service all day long. Camille was so fun and her personality/dance moves kept our kids excited to see her everyday. Paris worked extremely hard at getting the seaweed off the shore for us to get a closer look at the marine life. Marcel and all the staff at the seaside watersports were very kind and friendly and got us on our way very quickly. It was a struggle getting our son off the pier when he found out you had fishing poles. We really appreciate Valner and the entire housekeeping/laundry staff that made our vacation stress free. We could not believe how fast the turnaround time was for our laundry, it even came back professionally folded! The female bartender was so sweet and accommodating even with all of our kids requests! We almost booked Isla Bella Beach Resort in Marathon and after a trip there we can honestly say we are so happy we made the choice to come here instead. We can not wait to come back and we hope it's in the near future.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Islander Resort. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. A special shoutout to Josh and Chris — they were exceptional, attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Their customer service alone is reason enough to come back. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

I had the opportunity to come to this beautiful and peaceful resort with friends. It was so peaceful, clean environment, welcoming staff. I had the privilege of eating at the Drift restaurant on New Year’s Eve delicious meal and the lobster was great. I met a staff member by the name of Camille she has an amazing personality, she interacted with us and other guest. I had to pause and watch her for awhile, her customer service was perfect and for a person like myself who has been in customer service for over 10 years she is brilliant enough to remain professional but make u feel at home, relaxed. We need more workers like her. For persons who are looking for a clean, peaceful environment , friendly and professional staff, great food you need to visit this resort I absolutely recommend.

We had such a great time at the Islander Resort. We got upgraded to a beach front apartment which was incredible. The rooms were spacious, quiet and enough storage space. We loved sitting outside our apartment with a coffee to watch the sunrise in the morning. We were even treated by a few dolphins playing around in the water first thing in the morning. Also good to note, they have a little cart/ bus that they can arrange for you, which can drop you off at any places within 1.5 miles of the resort, great in case you want to visit the Islamorada brewery or other nearby places. The pool bar had great lunch options, highly recommend the Caesar Salad & the smash burger. The also had activities, we played some glow in the dark mini golf which was fun! In short, we will be coming back!

The rooms and atmosphere was lovely... Very clean. The only issue with the room was ... No microwave. The beach isn't a nice swimming beach but still beautiful. The pools are very nice. The activities are good. Restaurants don't give much food for price but tastes very good. Bed comfortable, towels plentiful, grounds beautiful
