Overall, I think this is a wonderful hotel. Whether you’re traveling with children or on your own, it’s a great place to stay. One feature I really appreciated was the adults-only pool. Even though I was traveling with my children, I think it’s a fantastic idea to have a quiet space where adults can relax without the noise of a family pool. I also really liked the rooms. They were spacious, well-designed, and our ground-floor room had a small private patio, which was a great bonus. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West. The location is excellent, the property is beautiful, and the staff were genuinely friendly. A special thank you to the bartender from Colombia, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great conversation with her and even ended up taking an evening walk together. The only small issue we experienced was with our late check-out. When we checked in, we requested a late check-out, and the front desk kindly approved it. However, the next morning, after breakfast and spending some time at the pool, we were unable to get back into our room because our key cards had already been deactivated. When I went to the front desk, they told me there was no record of the late check-out in the system. It was a little frustrating, but I believe it was simply human error and not something that significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel.

My family and I had an amazing experience at the resort. Very comfortable. Rooms were great and the staff was amazing. Felix was the man. Will be back again. My only complaint and it does not go against the resort or anyone interacting with people staying, but someone else. We rented a golf cart, and I took delivery at walgreens. I drove the cart over and asked the valet where I should park the golf cart when not in use, that I didn’t want to be in anyones way, and asked if it was better to park it valet or at walgreens. The staff personnel were so nice and said just park it by the other carts and scooters. I said, “well, there isn’t much room over there”. We then went there together and they gave me specific instructions where to park it. I said thank you. Well, about an hour later after I left with my wife to get food, I came back and parked it in the same spot only to be waved down and have someone raise their voice at me telling me I can’t park there. My response was funny, this is exactly where I was instructed to park. Then, I was told no, you cant park there. Why would they tell you to park there, you can’t park there. This is blah blah blah blah blah. That’s when I said okay, well where then. This person whom I guess was of more superiority then gave me a different spot to park. Everything worked out, but if that was a supervisor, their tact was extremely poor and would recommend further training, maybe even from the staff themselves because I can’t stress this enough. Everyone and I mean everyone was so kind, approachable, and friendly. Beyond that, helpful. I will stay here again, and would give 10 stars if I could.

We had the most amazing time again at the Parrot Key! Blake was amazing and so helpful in booking. Shoutout to Kate and Elvira who were great at the pool restaurant. Shakira was a doll at check-in. We couldn’t have had a better trip!! Room was gorgeous and so clean. We loved the two bedroom villa-gave us so much room! We will be back soon for sure!!!

I booked this for my birthday trip and i loved it. It feels like a small lush paradise. I rented a whole villa and it was very spacious. Views are wonderful. The location is extremely convenient. A small gem. House keeping needs some improvement but other than that, lovely.

All of the staff was extremely nice and attentive. The only reason for my rating is that the room, while big and with a nice layout, it was somewhat dirty. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and liked the space, lots of potential, but the tubs didn’t look very clean, the carpet was really dirty and not vacuumed. If you walked barefoot your feet got dirty. The beds were clean, but some lightbulbs didn’t work, some chairs were worn, the couch was stained, the consoles and some tables were worn and breaking. At first glance things looked nice but upon inspection some things were dirty and broken. Our back porch lamps didn’t have bulbs and we noticed a few rooms the same. Also, it was a busy weekend, with lots of kids and full pools, and the pools were visibly dirty and the water was extremely hot (felt like a hot tub). The bar was great, again great staff and good food and drinks. We wanted to love it because everyone really was so nice, but I wouldn’t stay again because of my experience with cleanliness. It wasn’t the worst I’ve seen, but questionable. They need to focus on their housekeeping and maintenance and this hotel can be a total gem.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Valet were the stars of the show on my opinion. Working very hard to bring your vehicle when needed, and always kind. The grounds were beautiful and pools were well maintained. The living quarters on the other hand were very lackluster. The bedrooms were more comfortable then the living room. The couch was dirty to the point I did not feel comfortable sitting on. The carpet was dirty as well. We stayed in 16b and noticed on the second night there was termites crawling around the ledges and couch. When mentioned, all the did was spray baseboards which did not work. The restaurant was ok but definitely not great. Housekeeping was very hit or miss. I would not recommend this place especially for the price.

The villas are the highlight-spacious, beautifully set up, and feel genuinely luxurious without being overdone. Big, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, and everything you need already in the room. It just feels easy to settle in. The property itself is stunning. Multiple pools, lush greenery all around, and a layout that makes it feel private and relaxed even when it’s busy. What really stood out was how smooth everything was from start to finish. Check-in, staff, overall service all handled well without any friction. It’s one of those places where you actually enjoy spending time at the hotel, not just using it as a place to sleep. Would absolutely stay here again without thinking twice.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in across the United States in many years. From the moment of arrival the quality of service stood out — especially at reception, where staff were professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to access local attractions and contributed greatly to the overall convenience of our stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional. Guest rooms, public restrooms, and relaxation areas were spotless and well maintained, reflecting strong housekeeping standards and attention to detail. The public facilities felt cared for and inviting, which made moving around the property a comfortable experience. I particularly appreciated the dedicated adults-only area. Its thoughtful separation and design offered a tranquil retreat for relaxation and enhanced the hotel’s appeal for guests seeking a quieter environment. Overall, the hotel deserves recognition for its high standards in service, location, and cleanliness — qualities that make it stand out even among long?familiar brands. During our stay the poolside bar service fell short of the otherwise positive experience. When I asked for an extra plate, the staff fulfilled the request but did so without a friendly or attentive demeanor. The interaction felt curt and lacked the positive engagement one expects in a hospitality setting. This small issue stood out because everything else at the hotel was well run and welcoming. A bit more training or encouragement toward warm, proactive service at the pool bar would easily elevate the guest experience and ensure consistency across all hotel outlets.

This hotel is absolutely charming. They take care of every detail. We had a 1 night reservation but we loved the hotel and the Village of Key West, so we decided to stay for one more night. It is close (10minutes) to Downtown and in front of a mall area with restaurants, groceries and convenience. Staff is super welcoming. It also has Great pools and a complete gym area. Our room was spacious and had an amazing private exit to the Ocean, which made the experience even more special! Would love to be back soon!

The hotel was very good. Even though we stayed in one of the most affordable rooms, the overall structure is excellent and everything works very well. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, which makes a big difference in the experience. Another great highlight is the free transportation departing directly from the hotel to the city center and to the beach club, which makes getting around very easy. One special mention goes to the shuttle driver, who was incredibly kind to us. On our way back to the hotel one day, she even gave us a small tour around the city, showing us historic spots in Key West and sharing interesting facts and curiosities. There is also a Sunset Water Sports right next to the hotel, where we did a jet ski tour that was super fun. To make things even better, the hotel allowed us to check out one hour later so we could come back from the activity, take a shower, and organize our belongings. I would definitely recommend it.
